Expect roughly 20–50% to hold the vehicle, with the balance due days before service or at pickup. Get the schedule in writing.
Cancellation windows
Peak Saturday milestones often tighten 7–14 days out. Holiday birthday weekends can be stricter. Weather rarely cancels an adult night-out contract unless the company calls it.
Date changes
Ask whether one complimentary move is possible if inventory allows. That’s more useful than a hard cancel for many birthday planners.
